call for ABSTRACTS
We are pleased to announce “Robot-Aided Neuromechanics: Using Robots to Study Sensorimotor Function and Impairment”, a workshop within the IEEE BioRob 2020 conference. This is a full-day workshop that will be held in online format on November 29th, 2020. The workshop aims to bring together a diverse community of researchers in the fields of robotics, neuroscience, biomechanics, and neurorehabilitation. We welcome researchers to participate in the workshop and contribute by submitting an abstract and presenting their work during the workshop.
The workshop will consist of invited talks from experts in the field, as well as oral or poster presentations given by authors of contributed abstracts. The workshop will use the same format of the BioRob 2020 conference (online synchronous). Talks will be delivered in a webinar-style Zoom session, while posters will be presented using Spatial Chat.
We invite researchers interested in presenting their work during the workshop to submit an extended abstract (max 2 pages including figures and references, please use a standard IEEE template). Accepted abstracts will be made available on the workshop website, and authors will be invited to give a talk or present a poster. Contributed papers may be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by the deadline reported below. When submitting, please provide the following information in text format, in addition to the abstract pdf: a) full list of authors and affiliation, b) preference of oral or poster presentation, c) name of presenting speaker, d) any particular needs or time conflicts for presentation, which we will try to accommodate.
